Ever-growing demand from customers has meant that the current facilities for plastics recycling and oil filter processing are now being expanded at our Cottenham base.
For waste plastics, a further shredder is already being added to the existing plant, while a £150,000 oil filter separation plant is being built to separate the metal and paper oil filters. This will take the total investment in oil and filter processing to around half a million pounds.
Both facilities are targeted to come on stream within a few months, significantly increasing our overall processing capacity. Further major expansion is planned for Cottenham in 2019 to support both our waste handling and new industrial services sectors.
